I cannot reproduce this currently since Cloudflare is either Paused or DNS records unproxied (DNS-only).

Disable AdBlock and any similar Web browser extension, therefrom turn off “Tracking protection” and it’ll show up:

Furthermore, in case you believe this is a Cloudflare issue, you should be able to see the challenged or blocked event under the Security tab → Events at Cloudflare dashboard for your zone and know exactly which security option was triggered.

Once you find them, click on a particular one to find more details about it (user-agent, IP, HTTP version …). If yes, could you share some details which service was triggered that blocked you?

The TikTok ASN is AS138699 (AS138699 TIKTOK PTE. LTD. details - IPinfo.io), might want to see and temporary allow it if that helps at least a bit:

Thanks for your response. It appears to have been a TikTok issue. The issue automatically resolved on its own.
