So a few things:
- You don’t get access to tickets system unless you upgrade from Free account to anything else.
- Even without access to tickets system, you should’ve received an e-mail notification, and you can reply to the e-mail notification directly via e-mail. It’ll auto-post to the ticket system
Now, I did all of this a month ago, and still have no response. I upgraded to Pro account to get access to the ticketing system, filed a new ticket, bumped urgency - still no response.
I guess I’ll wait a few more days and will have to upgrade to Business account to get access to chat support… Maybe then I can get my domains moved.

that is not the case, every customer can open account, billing and registrar tickets. There is an ongoing issue with accessing tickets, Cloudflare Status - Support Ticket Migration - Case Access Issues. But as you mentioned, communcating via email is the workaround to add comments to the tickets.

Ah, this explains it! I had no luck accessing the ticket system while I was on Free, but somehow i was able to log into it once I upgraded to Pro.
