I wrote more than two weeks ago regarding a billing issue we noticed on our account. On September 12th, we were charged three separate amounts of €306.85 each, which were automatically debited from our account via SEPA. We do not understand the reason for these charges, as our last invoice was from August and had already been paid. Additionally, we typically pay on a monthly basis, so we are confused as to why three charges occurred on the same day.
