My ticket was opened on 7/28/2024 and I’m still getting no response. One can only assume that your new billing system screwed up completely, or your billing department is extremely under staffed, unless the people high up think the problems will eventually go away by ignoring them.
In a few days I’ll be paying more than I’m supposed to be paying for the 2nd month. It’s not a lot by any standard, not even big enough to be called a rounding error for a company like Cloudflare. Reputation takes time to build. I really hope I don’t have to say farewell and move on.
May I have my ticket escalated again please? Same thing happened again and you have already charged 400% more than what I’m supposed to be paying monthly.
