Just sharing my review on cloudflare support

Benefit

have just opened a new support ticket and kindly request assistance from a real human representative, as I prefer not to receive automated responses.

In the past, I have submitted several support tickets, but unfortunately, none of them received proper attention. Either the responses were significantly delayed, or the tickets were automatically closed without resolution or any meaningful support provided to me as a customer.

I am unsure what level of responsibility and commitment is currently being upheld toward customer service in these situations. Therefore, I respectfully request that you assign your most capable support representative to review and resolve my issue.

What’s the issue you’re facing? I don’t see any other posts by you. Maybe it’s something the Community can assist with.
