Throughput Decline in QLD-Australia

Over the past couple of days I’ve noticed a considerable decline in bandwidth throughput connecting to an overseas Cloudflare IP from QLD Australia.

Further investigation shows there may have been removal of Cloudflare advertising to the following Brisbane exchanges:

MegaIX Brisbane (PeeringDB)
IX Australia (Brisbane) (PeeringDB)

Can you please advise if this is the case - and if there is any ETA on when advertising to these exchanges will resume?

Can confirm as a user of Superloop AS38195 which is also connected to the above exchanges also seeing the same decline in throughput.
