"This zone is temporarily banned (Code: 1105)" for new domain

Hello.

When I try to add a new domain *.pw (I bought it a few minutes ago), at first I saw an error that such a domain does not exist. Now I see an error “This zone is temporarily banned and cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time, please contact Cloudflare Support. (Code: 1105)”. WTF?

P.S. I already have other domains on Cloudflare in .pw zone.
