This zone is in a pending state and contains proxied records

Hello everyone. Today I added a new domain and received the following warning message:

This zone is in a pending state and contains proxied records. Until the zone is activated, DNS queries to proxied records will expose the origin IP / hostname and traffic cannot be proxied through Cloudflare. For more information refer to Limitations for pending domains.

I don’t know what it means, anyone can help me with this issue? What I need to do about it?

That should go away once the zone is active, what is the domain?

I have the same exact issue. My domain name is www.alexsirb.com

if it has been more than 24 hours since you asked your registrar to change your nameservers, you should contact them to ask why it has not yet happened. I do see an incann issue `Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited’ which could be preventing the update. Your registrar can clear that hold for you when you contact them.
