This Zone is banned error

i am getting this error and i am puzzled.

This zone is banned and cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, contact your Customer Success Manager.

appreciate if someone can point in right direction, i am unable to add one domain to cloudflare account.
