I have 11 domains that I am trying to move from one Cloudflare account to another that are giving me the error “This zone is banned and cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time, please contact Cloudflare Support.” Help Center says this is a permanent ban and I need to contact support. When trying to create a ticket I keep receiving a 1000 unknown error so I can not create the ticket. I’ve been able to move 100 other domains between the same two accounts without issue.

How do I contact support and get my domains removed from the ban?

Hi @rian.hout, please include the names of the 11 domains that are causing an issue in an email to support AT Cloudflare DOT com. Also, let them know you’re receiving the 1000 error when trying to create the ticket. The Error 1000 typically means your DNS points to a prohibited IP.
