Ensure that your CNAME and A records aren’t using a Cloudflare proxy (https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/articles/200169626). The proxy status can interfere with the connection.
I see in the recordings you sent some of the records are proxied.
You’ll need to reach out to Cloudflare and obtain the records which are not proxied, and enter those in on our side instead.
