Hi @elevateexcelrealty I noticed your conversation with the Support team on ticket 3134240.
I’ll have flagged this post for the attention of my colleagues. I am also copied on your ticket.
The domain name registration? I don’t see an indication on whois nor a registrar invoice. whois shows as godaddy
Registrar WHOIS Server: whois.godaddy.com
Registrar URL: https://www.godaddy.com
My name is Brandon, and I am looking into this for you now.
One of my team members replied to your ticket and we did not receive a response, so I’m following up with you here.
To be perfectly clear, I really want to help you figure this out so you can get what you paid for.
If all you want is a refund, then I need more details in order to submit a refund request to the Billing team. And I do understand you are ready and willing to have your bank process a charge-back, but that won’t help us figure out what happened here.
What happened with GoDaddy? You mentioned “they transferred the account”, but to where? Did you process a domain transfer in your Cloudflare Dashboard? This will be important for the refund path, if you choose.
I can see the website on your Dashboard, but in order for the site to appear Active, we require the Registrar Nameservers to be updated. Do you have access to do this?
