Many of our website users reported us that the website is not working and all of these users using vodafone network OR WE Egyptian internet provider and if i turn off the proxy option on the dns Proxied it works fine and turning it on the problem appears again and this happens only in Egypt our domain waffarx.com

And, if i flush the dns on the pc it works fine but we can’t tell every and each customer to do so
and the problem is frustrating and obvious solution for it

here are some text from /cdn-cgi/trace

Sounds like a local routing issues, are you still encountering the issue?

yes, we still have that problem and only for our website and other website here in Egypt
and it is not the first time

Same exact problem! It does not work on WE ISP, but works on other ISPs. When I change the DNS server to 1.1.1.1 it also works normally, and when I turn on “DNS-ONLY” option instead of being proxied, it also works.

I have the same exact problem with my site “5etme” .com … customers from Vodafone Egypt can’t access my site

I have had the same exact issue recently with my website.
The issue started 1 week ago.
I’m using Noor ISP.

@ahmedabouelkher do you still face that issue?

Yes, and so many people I asked have the same issue.
Some Cloudflare DNS users here in Egypt don’t seem to be affected by this issue.

now I start to face it with my second website … and the only way to make it work is to disable PROXY

Any progress on this topic? My site is affected as well.

Hello guys
the problem might be solved by re issuing the ssl certificate again and everything will work fine

my new and old websites have the same problems … i will try to generate the SSL cert and see if gonna fix it

Facing the same issues

having same issues but with websites hosted on AWS only
cloudeflare + anyother hosts works fine
any ideas ?

Many different host providers give the same problem,
Although issuing a new SSL certificate using lets encrypt didn’t solve the problem

Yes i tried to generate new SSL Without any luck

any updates?
