When i try to visit my site i get don’t know if it is a problem with Cloudflare or a issuse with me having my domain hosted with a registar that is diffrent then my website host.

The problem is your server is not configured to serve your site via HTTPS. You need to contact your host about this issue and they need to set up a certificate for your site.
