I know this has been asked for so long. I have to ask still. Its been 4 days since I configured my DNS. I have both @ and www setup. I can see that the site is propagated in other areas via dnschecker. but not in my original country Germany,
How long does it take for DNS to be propagated ? I mean its taking too long.
Also, the initial setup was done last week and still nothing doing. Please help.

You need to either disable DNSSEC at your registrar, or enable it at Cloudflare and copy the DS records to your registrar from your dashboard here…
