This site can’t be reached https

Hi, this is my domain http://freeexpressvpn.com/
Some days ago, domain working normally. Today I can not reach to domain but subdomain can reach (but 100% request).
I have to delete the domain and recreate this domain. And now, I can not use https for domain. Crazy.
The domain from Exabyte

SSL/TLS config:
Flexible
Encrypts traffic between the browser and Cloudflare

I did a :search: for NXDOMAIN #Communityip and found this tip that speaks to the error I’m seeing, Community Tip - Fixing the DNS PROBE FINISHED NXDOMAIN error.

I suspect it’s a propagation issue, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool. How long ago did you ask your domain registrar to change your nameservers to:

Name Server: AMY.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM
Name Server: VIN.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM

Hi, Thank for your support, I changed name server sine 20/08/2019.

Exabytes Said

  • And current updated nameservers to Cloudflare nameservers

  • AMY.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM

  • VIN.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM

  • You may contact to the current hosting service provider company, then ask them to check your website issue.

I also see the nameservers with a whois and that also shows changes as of today, which would not yet have propagated. Is Exabytes your hosting provider? And to confirm, the nameserver change request was made with your domain registrar?

If the change actually was made today, it may be a matter of time. But, if the change was requested two months ago, it does not feel like a propagation issue. Also from a whois, it looks like there are ICANN restrictions that may prevent updates:
