Thanks SJR for your response, they informed me that they escalated the ticket to salesforce, but 4 days now there is no support for this. It is a little urgent, because we have registered this domain for our client, and until now he can’t work for this…
Cloudflare, the Registrar, is playing “go-between” here and is likely waiting for an update from the Registry operator. (I don’t know what this has to do with Salesforce, but, of course, I don’t know the full story.)
