The MX record should point to a hostname such as mail , and the A (or CNAME ) type record for that hostname should be set to :grey: (DNS Only).

Kindly, I’d like to ask you to check for A mail DNS record and make sure it’s unproxied and set to :grey: (DNS-only).

As far as I checked, it’s proxied :orange: and it points to Cloudflare.
