What is the issue you’re encountering

I forwared my domain to shopify, but website still not works.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I contacted with shopify, and this is what they said:

I have reviewed your domain on our internal tools and confirmed that it is currently showing the following message on our systems:

This domain is banned by Cloudflare. The hostname is part of a banned domain. This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, please email [email protected] with the name of the web property and a detailed explanation of your association with this web property.

Since the action has been taken by Cloudflare and we do not have any visibility on their systems, you will need to work closely with them to have the domain unlocked. Once that has happened, you can reply directly to this ticket so that we can refresh Cloudflare for your domain and provision the certificates.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full (strict)

I already did, sent them an email. Also I created a ticket in Cloudflare with all information and screenshots. Case ID: 01412909

I got a reply from [email protected] , so my only hope is that someone will see my ticket and will fix the issue…
