This domain has not yet had certificates generated

I have changed the DNS A records for a new content number and I think that I need the SSL certificates to be re-issued as the following “This domain has not yet had certificates generated.” displays when I try to go to this domain. However, if I set the SSL to “Off (not secure) No encryption applied” then the site loads fine. But not secure.

I have just disabled the SSL and then waited a few minutes before Enabling SSL, hoping this would generate a new certificate but unfortunately the error “This domain has not yet had certificates generated.” is still coming up when I try to go to this website.

Your help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

I don’t think this is a Cloudflare issue. I am able to connect to Cloudflare with HTTPS as the page loads to show that error. What service are you pointing Cloudflare to?

Just a new website space - so amended the A record content and if I take off SSL, the new website is there but once I put Full SSL on then I get the error message. I’ll take it off and maybe you can see what I mean then.
