Certificates seem to be in order
Cloudflare shows that the majority of our Traffic Served Over TLS in the last 24 hours is insecure.
Always Use HTTPS is disabled in cloudflare
Thanks sjr. Setting enabled. However, does that setting resolve anything if our DNS records are not proxied? Sounds like all website traffic bypasses our account.
How does the DNS records config relate to the issue I’m experiencing?
…which can’t apply to your domain and www as they are not proxied so requests go to Shopify, not through your account. If you want to see all the requests in your Cloudflare analytics, you need to proxy the records.
The SSL certificate is currently ok and the site is redirect to HTTPS so the reason why some users are getting that message is unknown. It may be an issue local to them.
You would need to find out the location and ISPs, preferably the IP addresses, that the visitors are coming from. The site configuration is ok so it’s a case of finding out if there is a local problem (such as blocking, bad DNS, connection interception or filtering, etc).
