i have one domain on Cloudflare which is running perfectly . Now whenever I try to access I just get a page saying:

This account has been suspended contact your hosting provider for more information

All my other domains on the same hosting account work fine. I have not touched the Cloudflare DNS configuration, and the nameservers still point to Cloudflare’s Arnold and Rita.
I have received no notification from Cloudflare.
can anyone help me regarding to this error it is really disturbing my working
Please help me and provide support to troubleshoot this issue.

Sounds like some ex or old hosting provider, or if you have had used some 3rd-party service provider :thinking:

Otherwise, you haven’t paid your web hosting services and they are suspended.

However, might be you changed web hosting provider?, and haven’t changed the IP at the DNS tab of hte Cloudflare dashboard for your domain name? :thinking:

Kindly, before doing anything at Cloudfalre settings, I’d sugest you to:

  1. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  2. The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
  3. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS.
