My Certificate says active but my site still says “Not Secure”. What do I do?

If you enable the ‘Always use HTTPS’ setting under ‘SSL/TLS’ in your Cloudflare dashboard, that will redirect all visitors to HTTPS and you should see your certificate.
I did that but when I visit the site, https is crossed out

So the site doesn’t seem to be redirecting to the secure vertion. Are you sure you have that enabled?
OK, the redirect seems to be working now.

still not working for me… I get something that says NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
That sounds like a DNS value cached on your end. Either wait for it to clear or clear your cache manually.
