Hi there, I am currently facing an issue where I am trying to change the name server’s of my domain to get a SSL certificate and in doing so I am getting emailed an error which consists of this.
I am not so sure if I have do right. I added them and it said it would add the namesevers to the domain yet I am getting an error.
If anybody know’s how I can troubleshoot it to see what the issue is and resolve me please ping me here.
Can you share the actual domain? The error sounds like you can’t make changes to the domain because it does not belong to you.

This domain name has not been registered.
Yeah, I saw that as well. Is there a guide on how to or something.
You will need to take that up with the registrar where you purchased the domain name registration. You won’t be able to do anything with the name until that is straightened out.
Is this something I should be looking for or editing?
If there is anything I shouldn’t have posted that’s in here please let me know.
As @epic.network said, you need to contact the company where you bought the domain and solve the registration issue. Right now, the domain doesn’t belong to you and anyone could buy it.
