What is the issue you’re encountering
Dashboard doesn’t pull up account info, can’t access WARP settings because it prompts me to Choose a Plan. I already had a plan. No matter what plan I choose, when it gets to the “Purchase” button, i can click on it, but then nothing happens. I can’t add any Applications, make any WARP changes, or do much of anything else.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have tried multiple browsers, computers, users, etc. I have tried selecting the standard plan, which is what I am trying to do anyway, but it is not working. Ticket has been open for some time now

Go to Zero trust → Settings → Warp and try to select a plan.
