This could be due to various reasons. Cross-checking card’s details/ authentication/ provider hold be necessary.
Do you have a ticket number with us? Please send us a screenshot of the error message in a ticket. Also, please check your email because if the payment fails, our system will send you an email to check for payment validation or to contact your bank.
