There is no email tab in my dashboard, I have the instructions as to how to create my domain email, but the first step is to Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard and select your account and domain.
Go to Email > Email Routing.
There is no Email for me to go to?

Setup & now receiving mail, but when I reply my Outlook email shows as sender & not my domain name. Is there a way to receive & send using my domain name?
When you’re replying to an email that has been forwarded to you, you will be exposing the email account you’re sending the reply from, which in your case will be the Outlook email address.
So yes, this is expected.
You can start sending your outbound messages from your own domain instead, but to do so, you will need to get a more complicated set up, which would include a paid SMTP relay service that can send on behalf of your own custom domain.
The alternative is fully migrating your domain to the paid versions of e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365, or whatever the product name is, from the organisation where you want your emails to reside.
