There is currently no way to create/enable Low-Latency HLS for live inputs via the api.

You should be able to do this, but it seems our API reference don’t show the property. The devdocs does, though. I’ll report that to the team. Meanwhile, look at Start a live stream | Cloudflare Stream docs . You should be able to enable/disable LL-HLS with the property preferLowLatency.
