There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions

I received the following error message while trying to access wp-admin part of my website. The website seems to be fine.
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions

That is a WordPress message that is displayed when it crashes. It is not a Cloudflare message. If you are receiving the email from your WordPress site it will contain some details about the crash that may be useful in identifying the cause of the problem. If you are not receiving the related email, you will need to take another approach, such as viewing the error logs on your server. Should you require further assistance on this matter, a web search :search: turns up a fair amount of results, with some good ones right at the top.

Thanks for responding. I got the below from my email account. I can’t access the admin part of my website.

Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Elementor Pro.

First, visit your website (https://www.finalexpenseapproved.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.finalexpenseapproved.com/wp-admin/?sucuriscan_lastlogin=1) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.9.5
Current theme: OceanWP (version 3.2.2)
Current plugin: Elementor Pro (version 3.2.1)
PHP version 7.4.33

It’s good that you are getting the email, but the Cloudflare Community is not a place that provides WordPress support. You will need to seek WordPress assistance elsewhere. My previous reply included an excellent starting point.

Thanks
