You have to start tracking your application logs. Which platform/CMS you are using?

The site looks good for now, but I’ve seen other sites get a combination of errors, including 525, when their server starts blocking Cloudflare. The 525 happens when the server’s error message doesn’t include the SSL certificate from the domain in question.

I was using another SSL certificate. now he is waiting on hosting. wonder if only cloudflare ssl remain? or should I delete the other old certificate

any particular plugins? please check that CloudFlare IP address is not blocked at your upstream.
