i cant add domain name
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
i try to adding domain but i m getting following error i ask domain provider to check out they said issue from cloudflare so kindly you fix it now thanks.
A zone hold prevents a domain being added to another Cloudflare account and may be in place on Cloudflare for your domain if the zone is in an Enterprise account and the zone hold option has been enabled…
If the domain is within your organisation, contact the person who administers it.
If you have recently acquired the domain contact the person/organisation you purchased it from and ask them to remove the hold. If you don’t know who that was or they claim not to have applied the hold, then raise a Cloudflare Support account ticket to ask for help to get the hold removed.
If not that, then your domain is/was previously hosted by a web host who placed the hold or used a legacy/custom Cloudflare setup that would conflict with you adding the domain to Cloudflare yourself. In this case then raise a Cloudflare Support account ticket to ask for help to resolve this.
thank you very much for reply but i do all which you explain i contact the domain registrar they ask me to contact cloudflare and i also rise a ticket to cloudflare 16days ago still no reply yet so now i posted here can you forward it to cloudflare support team who they remove the hold i m waiting for last 2 weeks.
