The Zero Trust applications are missing, and I’m unable to select a plan.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
The Access > Application that was previously displayed is no longer showing.
Currently, the screen displays ‘Get started with Cloudflare Zero Trust’ with an option to 'Choose a plan.
I selected ‘Choose a plan’ on the ‘Get started with Cloudflare Zero Trust’ screen, then chose ‘Select plan’ under ‘A la carte.’ After setting the number of users and clicking ‘Proceed to payment,’ I clicked ‘Purchase,’ but the screen froze and did not transition to the next page.
In the DevTools, after clicking ‘Purchase,’ I observed the following error: ‘resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ().’
We need to resolve this issue urgently. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need.
