What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I had a task to access the landing page at http://g70722p7.beget.tech/ using the secure HTTPS protocol, but with the page accessible via the address https://www.sutki.pro.
Previously, everything was set up and working (attached is a screenshot of the settings). I purchased the domain name sutki.pro from the registrar ps.kz.
This domain was pointing to the hosting provider glideapps.com, where I programmed the service. On the screenshot, I highlighted this in green.
Then, it became necessary to create a landing page and host it with the provider beget.ru, whose IP address is 185.50.25.59, with access at http://www.sutki.pro. I added a record for this, marked with a blue block.
The page became accessible at http://www.sutki.pro, but I also needed HTTPS access. The beget company staff directed me to your service to set this up.
The first time I configured the records (the first entry on the screenshot without highlighting), I apparently did something wrong because I misread the recommendations in your help documentation and implemented the records on the beget side. After that, I started receiving emails from you, which I did not understand. In response, I made changes on the registrar side at ps.kz.
After that, you deleted my account, and the page at www.sutki.pro stopped opening.
Realizing something was wrong, I contacted beget specialists, and they told me everything was set up correctly on their end. I have attached a screenshot from beget.ru.
Now, on your side, I registered again, received the nameserver details, and made the necessary entries on ps.kz. In the screenshot, I highlighted them with a red block.
Everything worked: the landing page at http://g70722p7.beget.tech/ became accessible at http://www.sutki.pro and later also opened securely at https://www.sutki.pro.
However, a problem arose: previously, the page at http://sutki.pro was hosted by glideapps.com, but now the page hosted by http://g70722p7.beget.tech/ opens.
I need your help to ensure that sutki.pro and www.sutki.pro open pages from different hosting providers:
http://sutki.pro (https://sutki.pro) — should open the page from glideapps.com
https://www.sutki.pro (http://www.sutki.pro) — should open the page from beget.ru
Please provide exact instructions on how to set this up correctly.
