I removed the redirect from the redirect rules field.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
A rule has been added to the rules field without our knowledge, as shown in the attached image. And the sites are directed to zypherly.com. In the “Your Cloudflare account has been accessed from a new IP address” e-mails I receive, there is no IP information that does not belong to us. How can this be?
