Domain is suddenly not working since yesterday, without doing any changes.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Cloudfront distribution URL is working fine so there’s no issue with the app itself. Only the domain stopped working and I didn’t change anything. I suspect the problem started yesterday.
Domain is from porkbun with cloudflare NS.
I tried to purge cache but still nothing. Encryption mode set to Full(Strict).
Other subdomains like api.fashn.ai are working properly.
I tried to turn off proxy but now it’s not loading at all. tried to issue a new certificate too but didn’t help. it’s so random and I don’t understand where it comes from!! my site is still down and it’s really bad
I can see the result, since it’s paused now.
Then, I am afraid it might be the origin host/server.
However, you have mentioned Cloudfront, therefrom wonder if there is any firewall on the Amazon which could block the connections coming from the Cloudflare?
the only thing I can think of is trying to allowlist cloudflare’s IPs in AWS, but I never had to do anything before, so it’s a mystery what’s changed…
I put everything back on now, the proxies and the imported cloudflare certificate in AWS to my distribution and will try other solutions. I guess it’s better to at least see the archived snapshot of the website for now…
EDIT: Currently moved to Vercel and everything is functioning normally. I still suspect it is a random cloudflare issue.
