What is the issue you’re encountering

Frequent downtime of the website and freezing the pages more than 20 minutes or more and not loading. It’s taking more than 10 minutes to load the page. This is continuous for almost 20 days for now.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted hosting provider and they did testing from their side and server is behaving normally. Tested with pingdom tool.

Also, updated all the WordPress plugins and tested files with another test server and loading without any issue.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

The error screen are randomly coming and sometimes difficult to check the time but all of sudden site is not loading.
