Are you using only Cloudflare Load Balancer?
Are the load-balancing origins configured and added correctly?
Did you changed your servers in the meantime?
Have you flushed the cache?
It’s my fault. One of my colleagues changed the configuration of the server where the IP is located without my knowledge
