My business website is down and impacting my business. Can anyone help?

That error is coming straight from your server. I suggest you use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab of your domain (lower right corner) and give it five minutes to take effect. Work with your host to make sure the site loads over HTTPS before un-pausing Cloudflare.
