The verified Bing-bot has been incorrectly blocked by Bot Fight Mode

Previously, I reported that using Bing WebMaster Tools for site scanning would trigger the Fake Bing or MSN Bot rule. It was ultimately found that this was caused by Bing not using the bot’s IP for checking. Recently, I discovered that some BOT IPs verified by Bing WebMaster Tools are also blocked by Cloudflare, including the Bot Fight Mode and Fake Bing or MSN Bot rules, as well as my custom firewall rules (ip.geoip.asnum eq 8075 and not cf.client.bot).

I want to know why this is happening, and whether it will affect my Bing indexing.
