The "Universal SSL" option is disabled in Advanced Certificate Manager

As far as I understand my current free plan should be able to place an order for Universal SSL but it turns out not. Please help, thanks in advance!

Do you not have a certificate if you visit SSL/TLS → Edge Certificates?

That is my situation.

As in that other thread, if it’s a CNAME setup, ultimately the endpoint Cloudflare account need to provide that certificate. And that other thread does point to an article pointing out the requirements for issuing a certificate in your account.
