The site does not open. Error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Hello.

Since January 2, 2024, the site has not been opened within one country - RU. The ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error appears in the browser. The hosting provider refers to problems in Cloudflare. Please tell me what it could be?

What’s the domain? Though this will be probably an issue with that specific ISP.

but the site opens successfully through the anonymizer

Exactly, because it is an issue with the ISP.

Again

The domain generally resolves fine and also loads fine

It also does not seem to be blocked by Russian authorities, however according to Check the website for blocks in the register of prohibited sites - PR-CY [REDACTED] it may also resolve to another Cloudflare address, which might be blaϲklisted. You’d need to reach out to the ISP, as it is them (by extension) who are blocking this.

Thanks for your reply. Please delete your message with the website address.Thanks!

I redacted the posting.

There is another domain name of the same site (mirror), which is also on Cloudflare. There is no such problem with him. The site is opening.

Again, this is an ISP issue, Cloudflare is not involved here.

Something is wrong here. The provider says everything is fine. Roskomnadzor does not list sites as blocked.

What’s the output of these commands?

curl -I https://DOMAIN-HERE
curl -I https://DOMAIN-HERE --connect-to ::104.18.2.67
curl -I https://DOMAIN-HERE --connect-to ::104.21.76.10
curl -I https://DOMAIN-HERE --connect-to ::172.64.80.1
curl -I https://DOMAIN-HERE --connect-to ::188.114.96.0

run these commands on the server?

No, where you have the issue of course.

the results for each team are the same:
curl: (35) Recv failure: Connection was reset

You got that response for all commands?

yes:

curl: (35) Recv failure: Connection was reset

And the output of this command?

curl -I https://community.cloudflare.com --connect-to ::104.18.2.67

curl -I https://community.cloudflare.com --connect-to ::104.18.2.67

As you get a response here, this suggests your ISP engages in SNI sniffing and resets the connection when it is for your domain. Why that is, is something you need to clarify with your ISP I am afraid.

Thanks! Please explain. Are you talking about a home internet service provider or a VPS provider?
