It is very related. Your domain is not resolving in the DNS system because there is clientHold on it, because of that ban. You’ll need to reach out to them at that abusereply address.
I see from your screenshot there you tried to reply to the email directly. That won’t work, it came from a noreply email address. Directly sent your email to the abusereply email as stated, and T&S will review it and get back to you. T&S isn’t in the community, so we can’t help you there.
