Verified the IP address hasn’t changed. Verified the MX and A records still exist.

The MX record is being unproxied by Cloudflare as it points to your domain name so your MX record is returned starting _dc-mx. Try setting the MX record to point to mail.payrollconnected.com to avoid this and see if that helps, although I’ve not seen it causing an issue before.
