I’m trying to configure this
SPF
The Sender Policy Framework or SPF allows you to specify all IP addresses and hostnames that are permitted to send email on behalf of your domain. If you don’t configure SPF on your domain your email may be blocked or marked as spam by email receivers.

fail because of this - The number of lookups on the included domains above exceed the allowed limit of 10.

… I get this and dont know how I get into ‘lookups’ - I presume this is the problem. Really - I have no clue.

I presume you’ve added a TXT record for SPF, and Cloudflare has publish exactly what you entered. Your mail host or admin should be able to get your SPF compliant. Once you slim it down, Cloudflare will publish that new record as entered.

…so far so good…( minor a major crash on gmail but sorted it ).
Thankyou for the tip…I managed to get the SPF thingie from gmail

moving on…can you please also advise?

for the SPF - do I use both?

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

as well as the

IP4 and IP6 include:mydomain.com ~all addresses ?

or just the latter…

Thankyou in anticipation… I really am clueless.
