The newly purchased domain cannot be resolved to Cloudflare

The newly purchased domain cannot be added to the dashboard. It prompts that I need to contact customer service via email. However, I have sent multiple emails but received no response. I also tried to contact them via X, but there was no reply either. The domain is a newly purchased .xyz domain. How can I appeal?
