What is the issue you’re encountering

Hi Guys, I received this email today saying that my domain is no longer pointing to Cloudflare, I did’nt change any configuration. I did check my configuration on my Domain Registrar no change at ALL, elsa.ns.cloudflare.com and theo.ns.cloudflare.com are stills there, I dont know what is happening ?! or is there any action needed? Appreciate any advice. Thanks. PS: after 5 hours i received another email with the same problem for my other domain!
