I have changed the DNS at the domain name registrar and checked through the test website that my DNS has been successfully replaced with the name server provided by CF

I’ve changed my DNS with the domain registrar and checked through the test website that my DNS has been successfully replaced with the name servers provided by CF for more than 48 hours now, and a11.icu is still not active.
