As you can see on the top of your screenshot, the domain status is “Finish setup”, meaning that the Cloudflare account that you’re currently logged in to, is not the correct one.
I would double check the account that you logged in to Cloudflare with, such as e.g. by looking in your emails.
Sometimes what you’re explaining is happening when you have multiple Cloudflare accounts, such as e.g. by (accidentally) registering both “[email protected]”, “[email protected]” and/or “[email protected]”, and then you’re ending up on logging in to the wrong account.
The domain name is active under the Cloudflare account that has “BRADLEY” and “MARGOT”.
Because the account you’re trying to make the changes from doesn’t have them, it means that the account isn’t authoritative for your domain, and changes you’re attempting to make there, won’t ever propagate.
