The Mail Import test failed: cannot connect

Hello Guys,

I am using Google’s Email Service and Cloudflare’s DNS and SSL, and importing the emails on my billing software called WHMCS but it has started giving pop SSL issue, I have already discussed this case with Google’s Tech Support and they have said that this is the issue with Cloudflare SSL.

Can you please check and let me know what is the issue and how to resolve it.

I am getting the following error:
The Mail Import test failed: cannot connect to host ; error = stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://pop.gmail.com:995 (Connection timed out) (errno = 0 )

And emails are not converting to support tickets on my billing software.

Cloudflare SSL has nothing to with POP connections, as Cloudflare does not proxy email connections.

Especially for this, as this is an outbound connection. Cloudflare has nothing to do with connections to pop.gmail.com

It has the issue CloudFlare’s SSL because it is giving the error of mail SSL that is the main issue, I am suspecting the mail server is not covering by the SSL here. Also the issue has started facing since last 3-4 days suddenly before there was no issue.
