I bought the domain directly from Cloudflare, and it is displayed in my settings.
I added A records for DNS to register the IP of my server for various 3rd level domains.
Several hours have passed, but the address of my server is still not displayed on the Internet.
The IP address is also not linked by domain. I cannot delegate the domain to another DNS provider, since 60 days have not passed.
What should I do in this case? What am I doing wrong?

So something weird is going on. You should open a Registrar ticket from the dashboard.
Nominet (the .uk Registry operator) operates a Domain Watch service to quickly detect and suspend newly registered domains that are obvious phishing attempts. Your domain would appear to fall into that category, and you should receive an email from Nominet that describes their process for dealing with these cases.
